Step 1: From you knees, place your hands on the floor about shoulder width apart and point your fingers straight ahead.
Step 2: Move your knees back so that your shoulders are lined up on top of your wrists.
Step 3: Keep you knees on the floor but lift your feet up.
Step 4: Squeeze your glutes, keep your belly tight, and pull your shoulders away from you ears.
Step 5: Descend until your chest touches the floor.
Step 6: Lift your hands slightly off the floor without letting your stomach, hips, or thighs touch the floor.
Step 7: Press your body back up to the top of the pushup position.
