Step 1: Stand between two cables that are a little higher than your shoulder height.
Step 2: Pull the handles in to your chest.
Step 3: Take an aggressive step forward with one foot.
Step 4: Slant forward so that your torso is perpendicular to the cables.
Step 5: Drive your hands forward in front of your chest.
Step 6: Roll your shoulders back and down and keep your chest puffy.
Step 7: Reaching out wide like you're hugging a thick tree, let your arms move backward.
Step 8: Move until your hands are even with the line of your torso.
Step 9: Bring your arms back together, scooping your chest together.
