Step 3: Keeping your arms straight, sit into an athletic stance with you feet about hip width and your back flat.
Step 4: Keep your chest puffy and roll your shoulders back and down.
Step 5: Pull your arms down to the side of your body and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Step 6: Pull until your arms pass your thighs.
